Delivery Conditions:

  1. Delivery Time: We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen delivery method.

  2. Delivery Address: Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that this information is correct.

  3. Delivery Issues: If there is an issue with the delivery for reasons such as the courier cannot find the address, the customer is not present at the address at the time of delivery, or the given contact number is not reachable, the courier company will hold the package for 3 days before returning it to us. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs for re-delivery.

Return Conditions:

  1. Return Period: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the product.

  2. Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached). We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.

  3. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

  4. Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days of us receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
