MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

SERENITY LINES - MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("Member" or "You") and Serenity Lines ("We", "Our", or "Company"), a company represented by Gamze Civelekoğlu, located at Uskumruköy Mah. Üstçayır Sk. Yeşilvadi Evleri No: 2L, Sariyer, Istanbul, registered with the Sariyer Tax Office under Tax Number 2110472162, effective as of the date of your acceptance ("Effective Date").

1. MEMBERSHIP Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, you become a member of Serenity Lines with access to the benefits described on our website or as otherwise provided to you in writing.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Membership is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any changes made to it in the future. By continuing your membership, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

3. TERMINATION We reserve the right to terminate your membership for any reason. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason.

4. PRIVACY We respect your privacy and will use and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES Our services and benefits are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

7. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/province of [Your Location].
