ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES:

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT: The subject of this Contract is the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the BUYER from the SELLER's website, www.serenitylines.com, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT: The product(s) will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within the delivery period specified on the website.

ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT METHOD: Payment will be made by the method chosen by the BUYER on the website.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this Contract within 14 (fourteen) days without providing any justification.

ARTICLE 6 - GENERAL PROVISIONS: By accepting this Contract, the BUYER agrees to be bound by the general terms and conditions stated on the SELLER's website.
